After two weeks of college touring with the Youngest Daughter, wife and I are back home once again—thank goodness! The trip was fun, stimulating, interesting and exhausting. We saw some truly fine universities. We learned what makes up the standard college tour spiel. It was great. For blogging though, not so much.

I found that after a day of driving, walking, touring and site seeing, there was very little left in the tank for blogging, I was usually too tired to have any coherent thoughts, much less the energy to assemble them into a post.

But guess what. That’s just how this has panned out. The best part of the trip was getting to spend this time with our so-grown-up kid, who’ll soon be out conquering the world.

I start my college tours with my “baby” soon! It is so great to see that other parents do survive this! 🙂 It looks like you had a great time!
